I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms had amazing views and were very neat and clean, making my stay comfortable. The service, especially from Yana, was exceptional and a major reason why I would come back to this hotel. The location was superb, right in the center of downtown with easy access to shopping and dining options. However, the dining experience, including the eggs, was not ideal. Despite this, the friendly staff and the stunning views of Burj Khalifa and the fountains made my stay memorable.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered great views of the city. The location couldn't have been better, just a few minutes' walk to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and many restaurants. However, it was a bit disappointing that my room wasn't on a higher level and far from the lifts as I requested.
The hotel offers spacious and very comfortable rooms with fabulous beds and a balcony overlooking the fountain. The service is quite pleasant and helpful to everyone, providing room service, dry cleaning, laundry, airport shuttle, valet parking, and a paid airport shuttle. The location is fabulous, being just 5 minutes away from Dubai Mall connected through Souq Al Bahar, in front of the fountain, close to Dubai Mall, the Fountain, and Burj Khalifa. The dining experience, especially the breakfast buffet, is excellent. The facilities are top-notch, ensuring a luxury stay with great value for money.
I couldn't fully enjoy the amazing view outside due to the high balcony wall, but the room was comfortable. The service was excellent, although there was a slight delay on the last day. The location was perfect, offering a stunning view of Burj Khalifa and easy access to downtown Dubai. The dining options were varied, but service coordination could be improved.
The hotel has a fantastic location with a view of the Burj Khalifa and the dancing fountains, and it's very close to Dubai Mall. The rooms, though spacious, are a bit dated with old furniture, so I wouldn't recommend booking a Deluxe Fountain View Room. The service was a mix - some staff weren't helpful at all, but others like Adel & Nabil were very supportive and even upgraded me to a suite at a special rate. The location is superb for those wanting to explore Dubai Fountain and Dubai Mall.
Despite the lack of in-room amenities and dated fridge, the spacious and nicely decorated rooms offer a comfortable stay. The exceptional service with a personal touch truly made the experience memorable. The hotel's unbeatable location near iconic landmarks and attractions adds significant value to the overall stay.
