Really good Stay with Amazing Service

the arabesque style decor enhanced the hotel's heritage. rakesh provided me with grounded coffee, and i am very thankful for that. the staff delivered excellent service. i appreciate the attentiveness i received during my time at the hotel.
The amenities felt limited for a hotel in its class. This was a small drawback. there could have been some additional options.

the location was central (very easy to get around). the service was great from the staff, especially at breakfast. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much, it had tasteful variety and delicate presentation. the location near the promenade gave a poetic sense of grandeur.

The hotel was clean. The room cleanliness stood out. breakfast offered great variety suiting all dietary needs, which i appreciated. i found the staff supportive and eager to help. their dedication to customer satisfaction was very noticeable.
The noise from the nearby bar was noticeable until late. It affected the room environment. the sound insulation could be improved in certain rooms. this noise continued until around 1am.

the hotel has a great location near the dubai mall. i found many restaurants in the area, convenient. the gym was also well-equipped (i used the treadmill).
The bathroom amenities were limited upon arrival. i only received a few basic items initially. the room wasn't cleaned well initially. I noticed dried flowers on the floor. i was also expecting a better gesture for my anniversary, but the pillow with hearts felt impersonal.
